In Passing
Year: 2013 | Medium: installation (colored lights, vaulted space, perimeter corridor, various apertures) | Dimensions: 60x52x30’ (LWH) – Central space; 185x8x8’ (LWH) – Perimeter corridor | Location: Disjecta; Portland, Oregon
I built a corridor around the perimeter of a large gallery, placing narrow apertures and larger openings in each wall for a multi-phased, kinesthetic experience. In the center of the room, three lights (red, green, and blue) illuminated the open space and passed through the openings to create interactive architectures.
